Terms of Service

Effective: March 2026

By using FoundrPost, you agree to these terms. They are written plainly — no legalese traps. If something is unclear, email us at hello@foundrpost.com.

What FoundrPost Does

FoundrPost is a SaaS tool that takes your raw founder notes and turns them into Build in Public posts for Twitter/X and LinkedIn using AI. You provide the input; we help you shape it into content worth sharing.

Acceptable Use

You may use FoundrPost for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Generate spam, bulk unsolicited content, or content designed to deceive
  • Use the service to create illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its API
  • Share your account credentials or resell access to the service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Subscriptions and Billing

FoundrPost offers a free plan (3 posts per month) and two paid plans: Starter at $9/month and Pro at $19/month. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods already used. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.

AI-Generated Content

FoundrPost uses Anthropic's Claude to generate content based on your input. AI can make mistakes — it may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you post it. FoundrPost is not liable for any consequences arising from content you choose to publish.

Intellectual Property

You own your content. The notes you input and the posts generated from them belong to you. By using FoundrPost, you grant us a limited licence to process your input through our AI pipeline solely for the purpose of generating your posts.

FoundrPost, its codebase, design, branding, and infrastructure are owned by us. You may not copy or repurpose any part of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

FoundrPost is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by showing a notice in the app. Continued use of FoundrPost after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
